We allow you to book a hotel very easily. Start by browsing our hotel search engine for available choices. Once you have located a hotel you like, submit your reservation by filling out our booking form.

2. What is included in the hotel price?
All AllRussiaHotels.com rates are NET per room and per night; they include breakfast and all government taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. How long will it take AllRussiaHotels to book my room?
Immediately upon receiving your reservation request we will proceed with your reservation. You will receive a booking confirmation by the next business day.

4. How do I know that my reservation request went through?
Within minutes of submitting your request, we will send you an e-mail notifying you that we have started processing your reservation. You will also receive a free copy of AllRussiaHotels' Travel Guide. If you do not get an e-mail within the next hour, it may be due to the fact that your e-mail address was typed in incorrectly. Please go back to the site and send an e-mail to customer service in order to correct the mistake.

5. How do I know that I have a CONFIRMED hotel reservation?
Once the room is confirmed, we will send you by e-mail a confirmation voucher with the reservation and price details and a confirmation number. We suggest that you to make printout of this voucher and present it at the time of your check-in.

6. What happens if the hotel room that I have requested is not available?
If your first choice hotel is not available, we will offer you an accommodation of the same standard, in the same area and for the same period. You can then confirm your request or cancel it.

7. What if my child is traveling with me?
When you book a hotel, you will be asked how many children are traveling with you. You will be offered hotel rooms accommodating the requested number of children and adults. Every child over the age of 12 is considered an adult unless otherwise specified.

8. Can I make a reservation directly to the hotel of my choice?
Yes you can. However, rates quoted on AllRussiaHotels.com are at heavily discounted prices available exclusively through our reservation system. Expect to pay up to 50% more if you book directly with the hotel.

11. When will I be charged?
We will not charge your credit card for the hotel room until 10 business days prior to you check-in. Of course, if you book a hotel less than 10 business days before your intended check-in, we will have to charge your credit card immediately.

12. In what currency will AllRussiaHotels debit my credit card?
AllRussiaHotels.com quotes all rates in US dollars and your credit card is charged in Russian roubles. We calculate the amount according to the actual Russian Central Bank exchange rate so that the charge will be the same and you will still see a USD charge on your card since it is issued in that currency. However, there may be a very slight discrepancy in the sum since it is hard for us to get it exactly right as the market rate varies a bit throughout a day. Your final charge may end up being within a couple of USD of what was initially quoted to you. This is really is of no consequence as far as your rate is concerned but we wanted to give you heads up so that you are not surprised if you see a slight variation from the original quote on your statement.

You can cancel your reservation at any time. Please note that in case you cancel a confirmed booking processing fee of USD 25 will apply . In the event of late cancellation less than 10 business days prior to your check-in date or a no-show, a charge for a one-night stay, will be applied to your credit card unless other cancellation policy is not specified.

18. What if I need more than one room?
AllRussiaHotels.com system processes one room per booking request. Once the request for one room is submitted, you will be prompted to request another room at the same hotel. No need to fill out the form twice, just change what you need and submit another booking request. If you need five rooms or more, please click on the front page group reservations icon and we will process your reservation manually for maximum savings.
